Fighting for Redemption - Part 1

The moment you are born again you receive forgiveness for your sins and you inherit eternal life. What about the shattered fragments of that old life? Do they just disappear? The Bible says that you are a new creation! Paul wrote in 2 Corinthians 5:17, “Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old has passed away; behold, the new has come.”

So, how do we, as a new creation, see redemption of what was destroyed by our past sin? By fighting for redemption! How? A prayer life that is alive and powerful will bring about more victory on this battlefield than anything else! A powerful prayer life is one that always seeks glory for the Lord! Redemption in and through our broken life brings Him glory! John 14:13-14 says, “Whatever you ask in My name, that will I do, so that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you ask Me anything in My name, I will do it.”
